Create Edge shortcut to open InPrivate new window

Add the following (including the quotes) before the url you are shortcutting to:

“C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge\Application/msedge.exe” -inprivate -new-window https://(your.url}

Works in Windows11.
